Yoga 

When teaching Relaxation yoga, Beth always teaches and adjusts her classes to meet the needs of the participants who show up in the room each day. She loves Vinyasa flow, but comes to class with the expertise of various styles of yoga including yin and prenatal. She draws on the deeper dimensions of yoga to speak to body, mind, and spirit as you move through practice. When joining her class, anticipate creative sequencing, inspired music, and humor all weaved seamlessly together.

We have added Primal Flow Yoga to our schedule. Jamie is passionate about helping clients use the principles of yoga to facilitate wellness and harmony in the body. Come give her a warm welcome on Wednesday evenings from 5:30-6:30!
