Yoga 

When teaching yoga, Beth always teaches and adjusts her classes to meet the needs of the students who show up in the room each day. She loves Vinyasa flow, but comes to class with the expertise of various styles of yoga including yin and prenatal. She draws on the deeper dimensions of yoga to speak to body, mind, and spirit as you move through practice. When joining her class, anticipate creative sequencing, inspired music, and humor all weaved seamlessly together.
