Ultra Barre is a fusion of ballet barre, dance conditioning and pilates-based movements designed to lengthen and tone the muscles using principles of biomechanics for a safe, yet challenging workout.  

Yoga | Thursdays 5:30 - 6:25 PM & Fridays 9:05-10:00

When teaching yoga, Cara always teaches and adjusts her classes to meet the needs of the students who show up in the room each day. She loves Vinyasa flow, but comes to class with the expertise of various styles of yoga including yin and prenatal. She draws on the deeper dimensions of yoga to speak to body, mind, and spirit as you move through practice. When joining her class, anticipate creative sequencing, inspired music, and humor all weaved seamlessly together.
