A contemporary Mat Pilates class that will strengthen and lengthen your entire body. Continue your practice of mind-body connection through low impact exercises using anatomical cue-ing and breath in a flow that will be challenging for all levels!

Ultra Barre

Ultra Barre is a fusion of ballet barre, dance conditioning and pilates-based movements designed to lengthen and tone the muscles using principles of biomechanics for a safe, yet challenging workout.  

Groove 101

Groove 101 is an adult dance class that is geared for dance lovers at all levels. Get down in our judgement free space and have some fun!

Meditation & Journaling

Have you ever wondered what the hype is with Meditation? How do you do it? How do I journal? And what am I supposed to write about? Connect your mind, body, and spirit as you are guided through both meditation and journaling exercises. Feel free to bring your own cushion, yoga mat, or pillow to sit on. Don't forget your journal! *Meditation classes will be on a break from 12/20 - 1/4. Classes will resume the second week of January.

Chisel Barre

Chisel Barre is a fitness class combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training, specifically designed to increase stamina, lower body strength, and flexibility.

PiYo

PiYo combined the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility advantages of yoga, offering a total mind-body workout for all ages and levels.

Aimed at empowering the client and assisting in their desire for healing, intuitive readings provide an in-depth look at your life lessons and soul's journey by accessing your divine inner knowing, removing unconscious energy blocks, and releasing generational trauma within your own lineage. Whether you're interested in the psychosomatic behind physical ailments or simply need clarity on your path, intuitive readings are a powerful healing modality to assist you on your journey. 

Yoga

When teaching yoga, Cara always teaches and adjusts her classes to meet the needs of the students who show up in the room each day. She loves Vinyasa flow, but comes to class with the expertise of various styles of yoga including yin and prenatal. She draws on the deeper dimensions of yoga to speak to body, mind, and spirit as you move through practice. When joining her class, anticipate creative sequencing, inspired music, and humor all weaved seamlessly together.
