YOGA

At Onyx Wellness, we offer a variety of yoga classes suitable for all levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you through each pose, helping you to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. Whether you're a beginner an experienced yogi, our classes will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Join us for a class and experience the benefits of yoga for yourself.

 

When teaching Yoga, Beth and Melanie always teach and adjust their classes to meet the needs of the participants who show up in the room each day. They love Vinyasa flow, but comes to class with the expertise of various styles of yoga including yin and prenatal. They draw on the deeper dimensions of yoga to speak to body, mind, and spirit as you move through practice. When joining their classes, anticipate creative sequencing, inspired music, and humor all weaved seamlessly together.
